Have peace-of-mind on the day of your event with our on-site attendants provided by Ocean Tents! To ensure the success of your event and safety of your guests, we recommend staffing your event with trained Ocean Tents professionals. The personnel we select to staff an event are our best and have many years of experience in the field.
Our Ocean Tent on-site attendants will arrive appropriately dressed an hour or two before your event and leave upon completion of your event. Our on-site attendants will assist you in the operation of any of our rental equipment, adjust the lighting, check weather conditions, adjust climate controls, maintain tents, and they will also assist in any incidentals that may pop-up. All large events require our on-site attendants and they will be included in the quoted price.
