Event Planning. Our representatives will put together the perfect party plan, that suits your taste and budget. We’ll help you choose from a variety of designs and ideas. We give you an estimate of the cost up front, and we’ll show you all of the details, including tent types, linens, cutlery and more.
Setup and Breakdown. We’ll take on all of the big pieces…we set up your tent, lighting, staging, and dance floor. For an additional fee, we can also set up and take down your tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware and much more.
Delivery and Pickup. Once we have your plan in place, we’ll be ready to deliver all of the equipment to your event location. We’ll then pick everything up when it’s over. Leave all of the delivery and pickup to us…you can work on planning other things!
On-Site Support. It’s party day! We’ll send one of our on-site support staff members to ensure everything goes smoothly. Our on-site staff has the experience needed to handle anything, including adjusting lighting and climate controls, and will dress appropriately.
