Our team at Ocean Tents will come out to the event site, deliver, and set up everything for the party/event. Each team member is a professional who has been in this field for years. We will handle the complete setup and breakdown of tents, lighting, staging, dance floor, and flooring. The set up and breakdown service is included in the quoted price when you decide to add this service.
If you would like to add in the setup and breakdown of other items such as tables, chairs, linens, china, and flatware can be added into the quote. For an additional fee you can arrange for us to provide the setup and break down of these other amenities. Most clients who do not have an abundance of tables, chairs, linen, and eat & drinkware will opt for Ocean Tents to provide this service. In order to get this service added to your party or event, this additional service must be reserved in advance.
