Upon reservation, we will negotiate delivery & pickup days that are convenient to you. It is not uncommon for delivery to take place many days before your event; this ensures rental equipment is there and ready for use on your event day.
You will be contacted the day before delivery to confirm your order and the setup time period. At the time of delivery our personnel will confirm the pickup day we have pre-scheduled with you, if it is not convenient please contact our office.
Normal Delivery & Pickup hours
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Additional Delivery & Pick Up Times
Before and after-hours delivery and pick-ups, timed delivery, surprise party delivery, and last minute orders, are available for an additional charge. Ocean Tents delivery personnel are responsible for stacking the equipment neatly in one location that is within reasonable distance from the tailgate of delivery vehicle.
Special carrying, long distance walks, use of elevator or stairs, set-up and breakdown of equipment, all will incur additional charges, these requirements must be specified at the time of reservation. Failure to notify Ocean Tents of special delivery requirements will result in an additional invoice. Delivery & pickups that do not require unique needs are quoted according to your zip code.
Customer Pick Up
For smaller quantities of party rentals, it is possible for clients to pick up the items at our location. We highly recommend calling ahead if you choose to pick items up. It is not necessary to call ahead, however this will enable us to have your ordered pulled and ready when you arrive, saving you valuable time. Ocean Tents staff will always assist with loading and unloading the items into or from your vehicle.
If you choose to pick the rental items up it is best that you have an adequate size vehicle to transport the items. Ocean Tents personnel are not able to tie, strap or improperly secure items to your vehicle. Even though we are very careful around your vehicle, Ocean Tents is not liable for any damages that may occur when loading or unloading equipment.
