Event Planning. Our representatives can work with your vision and your budget, and we’ll offer a variety of ideas and party designs for you. We’ll tell you what the party will look like, and provide an estimate of the cost. We’ll show you all of the details, from tent types to linen and cutlery, and how it will all work.
Setup + Breakdown. Our team will take care of the big parts…we’ll set up and take down the tents, lighting, staging, dance floor, and everything else included in the quote. For an additional fee, we can also handle setting up and taking down tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware and more.
Delivery + Pickup. Once we’ve worked out a plan for your event, we’ll deliver everything to your party site on the big day. Then once the party is over, we’ll come back and pick everything up. We’ll take all of the delivery and pickup hassles off of your hands, so you can focus on other important matters!
On-Site Support. We employ on-site support professionals with years of experience. They will show up before the event appropriately dressed, and assist in anything needed. They can adjust lighting and climate controls, and be ready for any incident. Our on-site support will help ensure a great time is had by all.
