Our event planning team works directly with you to get your vision for your perfect party. We lay out a concept of how the party will look, from there we provide a quote and begin creating the event of your dreams. We make sure to get every detail of your perfect event from large items such as tent type and event layouts, to the smaller details like types of linen, cutlery, and different drink-ware to match.

Setup & Breakdown
Services

The setup and take-down of tents, lighting, staging, dance floor, and flooring are included in the published or quoted price. Items such as tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware and other items are not. For an additional fee you can arrange for us to provide this service. Most clients who do not have a caterer or an abundance of idle hands will opt for Ocean Tents to provide this service. This must be reserved in advance.

Delivery
& Pickup

Once you pick out everything you need for your dream event, our team will come out to the site and deliver all of the required goods for your event. When the event is done our team will come back to the event site and pick up all of the equipment used in said event. Our delivery and pick up service creates less of a hassle allowing you to focus on other matters for your dream event.

On Site
Support

Our on site support personnel are professionals with years in the industry. Our team will arrive 1 to 2 hours before the event dressed appropriately and will assist in the operation of any of our rental equipment. Our team will adjust the lighting inside the tent, make sure climate controls are perfect, and assist in any incidents that may arise. All large events require attendants and will be included in the quoted price.

I mean come on, our tent alone was beautiful!!!!! Ocean Tent was great to work with. Their crew worked their butts off to get the tent up, other rentals out and electricity ran safely to our cooks tent. When 'its like rainnnnnnn … on your wedding day' , get yourself a tent from Ocean Tents. We put down a deposit with Ocean Tents just in case it would rain, and we are so happy we did. While sadly it did rain, their tent helped make our wedding truly amazing. With great customer service, and VERY punctual pick up, set up and tear down - we highly recommend them for your next event!

Justin and the team at Ocean Tents were the answer to our prayers! I wanted a very specific checkered dance floor and after searching far and wide, I finally found it at Ocean Tents. I used ocean tents for my wedding and they were awesome. From beginning to end they were super helpful, laid back, and professional. The day they brought the equipment they rolled in and the frame tent was set up with a crew of people. They were so accommodating and were always available by phone or email. I used them after a coworker recommended them and I am impressed!
Ocean City Tents has the greatest prices and customer service. The delivery and pick-up personnel were friendly, fast and efficient. We loved the ice cream cart - it’s so cute - and our guest bragged about it. We highly recommend Ocean City tents for your family gathering or corporate event. Wife was throwing a party, just needed some table linens. The counter guys were professional and helpful. my wife used the internet to figure out her needs, I was able to walk in, layout what we needed. In and out in 10 min. The pick up day, walked in they had the order ready, table cloths, pressed, on hangers ready to go. They even give you a laundry bag to return everything. Was greeted by name when we walked in to return everything. I highly recommend Ocean Tents.

Ocean Tents & Party Rentals were amazing! Months before our wedding, they came out to measure the space and discuss a rain plan (which we luckily did not need). The day of delivery they were on time, fast, efficient, extremely professional, and accommodating. Everything we rented was wonderful and in great condition - tent, lights, chairs, tables, linens, fans, etc. The day after our wedding, the crew was there first thing in the morning for breakdown. My wife and I are never one to do things the easy way so when we decided to plan our outdoor wedding on a blueberry farm with 3 months prep time, we scrambled into action with our fingers crossed.Ocean tents, apparently the sister company to our caterer, “Michael’s”, made the experience of ordering and delivering a tent, table, and chairs, worry free. Other than the so so quality of the long benches they delivered for our ceremony, the tent, tables, and chairs were reliable, looked great, and were delivered and picked up with flawless execution.

Ocean Tents put together a BEAUTIFUL reception for our tented wedding! The best ever!Once we pinned down our location, Ocean Tents was the first vendor we secured for our tented wedding. The entire process was efficient, professional, and we knew we were in good hands from the beginning. All of our guests agreed: The furniture, lighting, decorations, and more were gorgeous! Everything and anything we needed, they had it! They were able to get us an enormous 100' x 60' sailcloth tent, a 30' x 30' Cook's Tent for our off-premise caterer, a smaller tent with high tops for our Cocktail Hour, a beautiful "wood-look" hard floor for our guests to walk and dance on, fans and Portacools to keep our guests comfortable under the tent despite the intense heat, sidewalls at the ready in case of rain, and even a super quiet diesel generator for our DJ, onion lanterns, and bistro lighting. They took care of filing the tent permit with the town, worked seamlessly with our wedding planner Brielle (I Do Wedding & Event Planning, LLC) and our caterer (Falco's Catering), and did a site visit to ensure that they would carry out our vision just as we had planned. On the day of the wedding, we also had an Event Attendant who was able to make sure everything went off without a hitch. Hired ocean tents for my backyard wedding and they were absolutely incredible! The planning process was so easy, and everyone was very responsive and helpful. The company had everything I needed to host ~130 people, including a super nice, clean bathroom trailer. The crew that assembled and disassembled everything were such hard workers, and they were able to execute our vision perfectly. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.
We rented a 20*30 (I believe) size tent with a heater, tables, and chairs for our wedding day (Nov 13). Not only did it give all 40 of our guests plenty of room, kept them warm, it also successfully protected everyone from the elements! There was hail and 60 mph gale force winds and that tent did not budge AT ALL while keeping us all comfortable! On top of that, it was all VERY reasonably priced! We are VERY happy with our rental and will be sure to recommend Ocean Tents to friends and share our fantastic experience for a long time. Thank you for making my special day so great!!!
